Returns Policy

Thanks for shopping at National Arrow & Emergency.

Should you have issue with your purchase, we will give you a 30-day allowance to return goods from the time of purchase. You will need to email us at [email protected] to advise of reason for wishing to return goods so that we can resolve any problems if and where possible. If 30 days have passed since your purchase date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Please Note that unless the product is defective or broken upon your receiving, there will be a $20.00 restocking fee that will be deducted from your return/refund.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition after advisement email has been sent. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you prepay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore, we advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. National Arrow & Emergency will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
You must have already emailed us advising request to return and reason for return.

WHAT to include with your return items?
Copy of your purchase Invoice/Receipt is required.
Contact name, email and phone number.
All original packaging

SHIPPING for returns?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

CREDIT for returns?
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Instore return option?
You can bring your item directly into our Warehouse in Nerang, Queensland for assessment.

Packing materials?
All items must be returned in original packaging.
